limit the amount of holiday festivities you attend. this is prime time for carb loading with all the cookies, alcohol, ect. also, don't keep any of it around your house otherwise you'll cave. try to feed your carb craving with complex cars (i.e fruit, veggies and whole grain products) the extra fiber in these things will help you stay fuller and satiated longer. don't restrict yourself too much though otherwise you will reach a point when you get so out of control that you just won't be able to stop yourself. the average person should be getting 55% of their daily calories from carbs. also, make sure you are balancing your meals with protein, healthy fats and carbs in order to get through this time without any MAJOR disasterous cravings or bingings. best wishes! :)

Stick a picture of a woman with a huge *** on your fridge so it reminds you of how you don't want to look!
