I know there are several different symptoms for these 3 things.
I wanted to know what actual people that suffer from any one of these go through?
Mine are always different.
But, what mainly concerns me is the weird feeling i get.. Sometimes it seems like I am off balance.. like just a little dizzy... Does anyone else feel like this..

Depression= (for me), the I just don't care attitude, having lil intrest in most things, I've spent some dark-lonely days, and sometimes they just keep coming back!!! Panic&anxiety = (for me),show up at the worst of times!! Ra[id heart beats, intense surroundings, ex: like falling from a high place, and trying to get stopped!! Its a godawful feeeling!!! I manage to stay chipper, humourous, and try to keep laughing to cover those hiding emotions!! They are much better now than years gone by!! Good luck, and I hope i can help you a lil bit!! A pain shared is a pain cut in 1/2!!!

Absolutely. Panic and anxiety are pretty much the same issues but depression is another beastie all together. Racing thoughts and feelings of intense dismay are the common harbingers of these issues. If you want to talk to others who have dealt with these issues I can direct you to a good yahoo group. Click on my profile and then on my 360 link. In my blog is a link to our group. You will find that others there know what you are going through and can share info. Have a good one and hang in there.

I am no Dr, but what you describe sounds more like a physical condition than a mental one. I have had those symptoms and I turned out I have Hypoglycemia, opposite of sugar diabetes. As I have said over and over again, please see a Doctor!

Yes, sometimes I get like that as well. It is likely the result of a panic attack.
