The "left" side? Left, from where? Do the Germans think of the Western Hemisphere as the "left?" Do the Chinese?
In my atlas, the Western Hemisphere is pretty much centered.
In the maps printed in Australia, I'll bet the Americas are all the way to the right.

Well the western hemisphere is the left side of the whole world so the only way to get this is from space:
