I just watched it. choppy at first, but it was great after a few minutes. worth it totally. They play a little fast with the facts, but there isn't much wrong with the message. The similarities in world religions are illustrated in a bad a** way. You are forced to think conspiracy or supernatural. I have loved conspiracy books for over 15 years now. ...and even I can't buy into a religious conspiracy especially when it is dipicted as being so miraculous. I mean MIRACULOUS!. It sort of make a case for the supernatural. Then it switches into high gear once it thinks it has you on this earth shattering belief reorganization. Every conspiracy I have read about for years comes at you fast. Much of it is as true as the nose on your face. Some of it requires that certain liberties be taken. no pun intended. So, if you watch this, you will have something to look at in the sky on Dec. 26, 27, and 28. That's great and I did learn something.

i saw it and i didn't think anything supernatural. it's not meant to make a case for the supernatural it's supposed to point out the FRAUD of religion. the conspiracies in it on government, sadly, are true. so think about what all that means for your life AND if you'll put up with it. why allow people to essentially control you. read Brave New World Revisited to see how you are being controlled.

My opinion is quite different actually. I believe the point was to inform people of the danger of what is ahead. The religious zealots are growing by the hundreds. If they can sway you into a belief system that is non-existent and rule over you to cover up bigger and more vicious acts then it shall be done. Ever notice that more and more of our elected officials are becoming religious? So here we have a nice little base. Keep them uneducated and fighting within and you are all set to move in any direction. Banking is and has always been notorious, no big shock but, people are to involved in trying to be saved and now they are into a rapture thing that is ridiculous. But how perfect, why annihilate anyone - have them all go willingly into the fires of their hell. How perfect. No work, just get them all fighting, keep their little minds busy with nonsense, have them all get into the pits of fire and be done with it.

Tripe.

Seriously, few of the parallels mentioned in the movie are substantiated. Many are not cited to have existed before Jesus' time (i.e. the alleged parallels are not documented to having been around before the 1st century a.d.). The rest are twistes of the facts to fit the hypothesis.

As for what to watch for in the sky on the 26/27/28th, do remember that is different EVERYWHERE on the globe depending on latitude.

They keep the facts coming at you fast so you don't have time to think about them.

I've done the research on the movie's claims, it just doesn't add up.

I really love that movie. It really makes you think.
I believe it. They give proof for whatever they say and that makes it worth believing.
Scary at parts [like near the end], but it's amazing, it really is.
