General Ralph Eberhart, who was in charge of air defense on 9-11, was the first commander of "Northern Command," the domestic unified military command established in October 2002. If the domestic use of the U.S. military escalates into full-scale martial law, the Northern Command would essentially manage it. If 9/11 had been an "intelligence failure," it is likely that General Eberhart would have been court-martialed instead of promoted.

Just sit down and think for a bit, the attack is on the worst day cause everyones doing drills. I dont know if youve seen United 93, but there are thousands of little dots that represent planes and only 4 are hijacked. They are all flying towards big cities. If this plane was shot down it would have killed more than the original attacks. He recieved a promotion because he was handling the situation.

I doubt this reflects on General Eberhart, so much as the Commander in Chief, who undoubtedly kept him waiting. Can we court martial him instead?

Because in September of 2001 we did NOT scramble fighters for hijackings. A simple fact check would have confirmed that for you. The policies the 9/11 conspiracy people love to quote were written BECAUSE of 9/11 so therefore after.

You can't just kick the tires and light the fires. That isn't an unreasonable time-frame from a cold start, and nobody had ever thought it necessary to have fighter intercept on short-term alert in time of peace.

Opps sorry, I saw martial law. Now I realize you are a kiddie playing on the computer. You do not even know what it is, how it is instituted, how it is enforced. Nighty Night.
