i mean, have you ever seen an elephant dookie? its huge! i can't imagine what two elephants would do in 40 days. much less the tens of thousands of other animals.

wikipedia lists 5400 species of mammals alone....times two because there were two of each animal. thats 10,800 mammals (not including birds, land reptiles, insects etc). if they each take one dookie a day....thats 10,800 dookies....divided by 6 (number of humans) and each humas is cleaing up 1800 piles of poop/day. if you are awake for 16 hours in a day, thats 112.5 piles of poop/hour. and this is not human poop....but large animal poop. i think they just had to grin and bear it...no?

Look at how many people it takes to run a zoo. With feeding and waste removal alone it takes way more than 8 people. Why would Noah's ark be any different? The great flood story is impossible in this way and several others.

I really don't know, but I'll bet they were really happy once the rain stopped and they were able to open some windows!!!!
Uh, actually (not that it makes much difference), but there were 8 people on the ark- Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.. and each of these men were married... that's 8....

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! ROFL!!!!! Oh man!!! That's a good one!! But yes, I have thought of this myself, just not in the same words as you.
It is true that back then, the peopled smelled bad, so it probably wouldn't matter that the animals smelled too. I'm sure they had an efficient way of cleaning things up. But with the people who weren't clean, and the animals that were there, I'm sure it wasn't pleasant at all!!!

They probably threw all that stuff overboard. And don't forget, years ago people weren't like we are today. They didn't have showers and deodorant, so they didn't bathe that often. They were probably used to odors that would turn our stomachs! But I understand your curiosity about it. When I was a kid and Westerns were popular, I used to worry about what people did when they had to use the bathroom and the bad guys had them all tied up!

You are correct in assuming some things stunk.
That is probably one reason there were huge 'windows' at the top, just below the roof.
You see, hot air rises .....and in the case of the ark, it escapes through the large square openings that could be called windows.

That was probably why the next thing Noah did was grow a vineyard and get drunk.... to get rid of the memory of the stink!

And how is it that Australian wildlife survived when no-one had even seen any of it at that time? No mention of Kangaroos, wallys, koalas, redbacks or any other thing. All mumbo jumbo mate.
