Ex: The Jefferson Bible. It was anti-Christian was it not?

They did no such thing.
There is freedom for all. ( At least written done on paper. )

I think many are misunderstanding this question. It's clear to me what she is asking- since we were not founded as a Christian nation, why would people assume we were?
Not all of the founding fathers were Christians. Many, in fact, were Deists.
They carefully crafted the constitution to prefer no faith at all. The First Amendment is breathtakingly beautiful in its clarity. Note the missing preposition:
"regarding establishment of religion" instead of "a religion". The intent is clear, and was explained over and over in letters from Jefferson and Madison.
Fundamentalists delude themselves; mainstream Christians embrace the First Amendment for protecting their religious freedoms.
Separation of faith/religion and government. Period.
Historical revisionists persist to this day, reading not even the constitution.

On what facts are you basing your assumption that the founding fathers were not Christians and that Christians received preferential treatment?

What makes you think they gave preferential treatment to christians? If you read their documents you'll see they demanded freedom of religion. They never, ever specified what religion or even specified a religion at all.

If anyone would take the time to do a little research, they would find each original American colony had in their charter some reference to the God of the bible and the soverignty of Jesus Christ.

This country was founded by GOD fearing men, hence GOD on the money, buildings and monuments.
