Bench press, incline, decline.... any workout where you feel it in your chest will work out the pecs. a healthy diet can help too. I struggled with the man boobs for awhile when I was younger. I just ate light, did a lot of jogging and a lot of bench press and incline work. Use low weights and a lot of reps. That will burn fat. Then when you see a difference start going a little heavier to build up the muscle to add some definition. But most importantly BE PATIENT. Its gonna seem like it takes forever but in about 6-8 months you'll start to notice a positive change. Work out at least 3 days a week for 1 hr each day. That's the best. Good luck!!

Well reducing your weight is the best thing you can do overall if you didn't even do a single pushup.. You can't spot reduce man boobs completely by just working your upperbody but lots of push-ups helps to burn maybe 20%-25% of the man boob fat, some muscle is resculped which helps maybe another 20% and then losing weight by hitting the elliptical trainer, exercise bike or treadmill will get the rest together.

Hey Jay, no work out. You need to lose weight. Sorry to be so blunt. Under everyones fat gut or man boobs lies a magazine model. The trick is to get that fat off! For you I'd recommend a healthy diet with equal parts of cardio and weight training. The weights will build lean muscle mass which burn calories while you sleep (HELL YEAH!) and the cardio fine tunes your body into a well oiled machine. Both of these combined with a healthy diet will have you looking Hasselhoffish in record time!

I think that the muscles under there are best worked with the single arm dumbbell lifts in different directions. But be careful, if you maintain a high body fat your just going to push them out even further as the muscle underneath develops.
You need to cut down on overall bodyfat% more so than working the muscles out in that specific area.
Excercise (at least 30 mins of "tiring") + small amounts of food every 2 hours (1cup) is a good way to start out.

Jog jog jog
jogging will shake up the fat, bench press will build muscle, even if you do pushups and pump iron, the fat will still be there. Jogging is the best thing you can do. I somewhere heard that it takes 29 days for something to become a habit, and if you jog at least 4 times a week around the park for 30 minutes at a time, you will get used to it.
Also a big friend to manboobs is food. Cut it down, be green. Dont drink soda, infact do not even drink tea nor diet tea, donot even think about diet soda. WATER WATER WATER.
Since I am a football player in highshool, I stopped drinking soda at all. It is bad for your stomach, and bad for your glucose levels. Drink just water, and you will lose a lot of boobies just from that.
Good luck bro

It's called Gynecomastia and it is common! Mostly in older and overweight guys like myself. There are a few ways to flatten your "man Boobs" one is lyposuction, it is very successful and quick "out patient" procedure! I used that choice. There are "Compression Vests" designed to help eliminate it through appearance but does not usually get rid of the problem. Trust me on this okay? No exercise will help you! Skinny men can easily and do get "Man Boobs" it is from a few conditions which are hereditary!! Don't listen to "The Weight Card" that's Bunk! The other is work out! Work Out! These are people who never had the situation! Hormone imbalance for one. The other item believe it or not is marijana use! In some men the result of years of marijana use causes Gynecomastia! The other seriously, is to let them grow be proud of them baby's, show them off and wear bras!

There will be no one exercise to eliminate this and excess of one exercise will only produce bulky muscles. Try exercises such as butterfly curls, bench press, elevated push-ups, and military press. These are just a few exercises and as an added bonus, most work your arms as well.

If you want a boyfriend so bad, then I highly recommend following this https://bitly.im/aOfvg Since you've never dated or been kissed before, it's going to be hard to get a boyfriend if you don't know what to do but once you know what to do, you'll be able to get a boyfriend pretty easily and can share your dating stories with your friends and experience those feelings yourself. You'll even be able to attract guys you might feel is out of your league. I suggest going on a bunch of dates before choosing one guy to be your boyfriend. Have fun.

It's body fat. Eat less and burn more fat. I don't think it matters what exercise you do as long as it burns a lot of calories. Swim, walk, run, but also strength training....the whole body. Lifting burns a lot of calories. Anyway, I've heard that if you loose the fat you'll find your six pack. We all have one under there. I wouldn't know, really.

Jogging, I know sit ups or curls help with your abs. Push ups work your upper body, which would mean it would give you muscles where your breast are, so you could work the man boobs into muscles.
