You crack me up! There is the nuber on the front and some more on the back.

16 digits. The first number on a Visa card is always a 4, Master Card is always a 5, Discover is always a 6, and AMEX is always a 3. The next three #s signify the bank issuing the account, and the other 12 are the individual's account number.
