adults please answer this. also people who have mental problems answer this question. I have experianced demons at a train station and in stores. also outside.

You need to get stronger spiritually. I have experience negative spirits before, but I tend to scare them away, I have not run into ghosts. Often in their sleep, people's spirits will leave their body, and enter the spiritual realm, and connect with other spirits, some of the living, some of the dead. Dream can seem really real, because they are, but are in the spiritual realm. If you have a good grip on reality, and don't mix up what is happening in the spiritual realm, with what is happening in the material realm, you should not have mental problems. But you need to get strongrer spiritually. Meditate/pray, do mind-body exercises, eat healthy, don't overindulge, and seek counseling if you feel like these negative spirits are causing you psychological problems.

Yes and I know others who have also. And I believe Ghosts and Demons are one in the same (Demons posing as ghosts).

I've seen demons in my children and had to call them out and they left. I've seen one in my husband and literally watched it try to hide when I uncovered it. I've experienced them vex me during what people would call "sleep paralysis'....I've experienced them in myself once as well when I was laying on my livingroom chaise and I was consumed with thoughts of evil and my bible was on the armchair and I pushed it onto the floor and felt this overwhelming feeling of aggravation. My husband came in and I looked at him in the craziest way. He left the room and prayed for me. I havent felt that since.
but ghosts no...I dont believe in those.

I had a pleasant (by pleasant I mean nightmarish) situation with some ghosts about 2 years back. I summoned them just as I was understanding magick and did a really shitty job and let some not-so-friendly things in. oops.
