Why is my month old kitten have a swollen butt?

His little butt is pink, popped out, and seem swollen

Usually from diarrhea. Which is usually from parasites of some kind.
A trip to the vet is in order.

Is he a month old or have you had him for a month. if he is only a month old they don't know how to poop on their own, their mom lick their bum to make them do their business. you'll have to get us a warm damp towel to simulate this effect.
