Help, I have this big pimple on my chin and it has no head yet. I want it out by tonight, any suggestions?

cover it with some makeup in the morning otherwise jusdt wait till it naturally pops

Try putting some rubbing alcahol on it and let it bring out the head.
Just use a q-tip and apply it in a circle around the pimple and give it a few hours.

if your a girl, i'm assuming you are, pop it with two fingernails until it bleeds. then it will go away in a week. but for tonight use cover-up or foundation over the scab.

go to your local drug store and look for some boil ease, this will bring it to a head so you can pop it, or just keep squeezin the thing,,,,,good luck,,,,,,,,

Try some toothpaste on it.
