I have a digital camera that i bought 3 years ago.
Everytime i upload the pictures i have to hold the usb cord tightly to the usb outlet on the camera to make it work.
Somtimes i have to giggle it and hold it in different positions.
I just did all that today and it wasnt working, and i got really frustrated, so i poked the inside of the usb with a needle and now the usb cord doesnt fit at all in the usb outlet.
It gets even worse, now my camera is functionless, all you can do is turn it on, but you cant view or take pictures, i can't even zoom.
WHAT DO I DO?
THIS IS MY SISTERS CAMERAAA TOO.
do i take it to bestbuy or future shop or do i have to buy her a new one? :(
PLEASE HELP!

Since the camera is 3 years old, you won't be able to get warranty service done for free. You can either take it to a local camera repair shop (check your local yellowpages), or contact the manufacturer to see how you can get it repaired. Generally, you'll have to either send it to them or take it to their authorized repair shop. They will give you a free estimate for repair cost. If you approve, they will fix it and charge your card. Depending on your camera, it might be worth getting a new one. Cameras are much better now than they were 3 years ago, AND a decent one won't cost as much.

If you have any pictures on this old camera that you need to transfer, get a card reader for your computer and use it to transfer the pictures.
