This is my first homemade soup for the wife, I'm 5 mins from putting in the beans and 7 mins from the cabbage (it's minestrone), can I add uncooked sliced mushroom...?

Fresh Minestrone Soup
Ingredients
Amount Ingredient Preparation
3/4 cup pasta, spirelli
1 2/3 cups beef broth
2 cups vegetables finely chopped
1 cup water hot
1/4 teaspoon marjoram dried
1/4 teaspoon thyme dried
1 x romano cheese grated
Directions
In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese.
Cover, microwave at high 11-13 minutes, stirring once, or until
pasta is tender.
Serve in bowls sprinkled with cheese, if desired.

Saute' the shrooms in butter and then dump them in or just dump em in as is. Its all good.

yes of course you van add muhrooms.... they cook in about 3 minutes!!!
