What are some decent excercises good for burning fat, and increasing the body's ability to move oxygen. Currently, I'm doing crunches, running [Quarter of a mile. I'm asthmatic, but trying to do more], and walking [3 miles]. My finances prevent me from buying equipment, admittedly, so I'd prefer those that require none.
Thank you.

if you went through a public school that had a physical education program and remember the ''warm-up'' exercises done there daily, repeat what you can & run 3 laps 1x a week at a local track in your area. you'll be sure to have success. also drink ~at least~ 1/2 your weight in ounces of room temperature water daily.

I am a cheerleader and i also take tumbling classes. We learn many exercises while over there. We do squatts that realllly work out your thighs, legs bent, feet flat, up and down without standing twenty times. You do it again but with your right toe pointed. Next, you do it with your left toe pointed. Last, you do it with both feet pointed. You would do all of this without standing up. You can feel the burn fast! To work on your stomach area, do crunches. You can also get in push-up postition. Instead of having your hands on the ground, you would have your elbows on the ground. Make sure that you are flat and your butt is not up in the air. Stay like this for thirty seconds and come down. Repeat this two more times.
Also, eat a lot of fat-burning foods. Foods like these,
apples
apricots
artichokes
asparagus
beets
blackberries
blueberries
broccoli
Brussels sprouts
cabbage
cantaloupe
carrots
cauliflower
celery
cherries
chives
cod
corn
crabs
cranberries
cucumbers
eggplant
flounder
garlic
grapefruit
grapes
green beans
honeydew
kale
leeks
lemons
lettuce
limes
lobster
mangoes
mushrooms
nectarines
okra
onions
oranges
papaya
parsley
peaches
pears
peas
peppers
pineapple
prunes
pumpkin
radishes
raspberries
red cabbage
sauerkraut
scallions
spinach
squash
strawberries
string beans
tangerines
tomatoes
turnips
watermelon
all burn your fat to show the muscles that you have been working on!

I bought a Tae Bo tape at Target (Tae Bo Cardio) and I LOVE it! At first I thought I wasted $20.00 because it was intense, but after doing it about 10 times, I'm keeping right up with them! It's a full body workout, you will sweat, and it's about 30 minutes. I love it so much, I went to Amazon.com and read reviews for other Tae Bo tapes, and I ordered Celebrity Tae Bo. I just got the tape today, it's harder, but I know I can work up to it. I look forward to doing Tae Bo everyday, it really is addicting and fun.
There are some Tae Bo tapes that require some equipment, but these two don't. You can read the reviews before buying a tape so know what to expect.

Grammar! The question could be "Are there any sturdy workouts that don't require equipment?" workout your grades! Haha, basically messing around dude. artwork your middle with crunches, because of the fact each and every thing else comes from the middle. lookup the e book, way of The non violent Warrior by potential of Dan Millman you will locate that, not in basic terms is it significant to be healthy, yet it rather is significant to have a powerful techniques.

Modified sit-ups. I used it for my abs and it worked great. just do a sit up until your back STARTS to leave the ground. you are done, start over. your only item is a heavy couch to hold your feet down. It worked for me in two weeks of daily use. Was great for no sweat and putting me to sleep, I was crawling to bed after a 15min work out. Of, these sit ups, leg lifts and donkey kicks. good luck.

arch ups (lay on your stomach and arch your body with you arms and legs off the floor)
twisting your body (stand up and flex your stomach while twisting your torso from side to side-legs stationary)
toe risers (have your foot half on a step and rise up to your toes)
these are just a few
