Mainly, the easiest way to tell is by the amount of attention and affection she is showing you and if there are any significant changes in either of those two things, as well as as her behavior, schedule/availability to you, and her day to day habits in general. Like, if she suddenly stops returning your calls, or seems like she's picking fights. If she's spending less time with you for no reason. Usually in situations like this, you have to go with your gut. You should be able to talk to her if it's bothering you, and get some reassurance, but if not...look deeper.

Well besides the obvious things such as; catching them, hearing phone messages, finding clothes that don't belong to you under the bed, etc... I'd say the most common signs are gaps in your relationship that weren't there before. A coldness, she's distancing herself, picking fights over mundane topics, spending more time outside of the house, mentioning she wants time apart, etc... None of these by themselves would be conclusive evidence, but two or three together are usually a good clue.
Also you can ask her flat out, "Are you seeing someone else?" Prepare for her to be defensive, so ask nicely. Maybe she really is just super busy or distracted lately. Explain why you think that she's seeing someone else in a calm and collected manor. Yelling won't make things go smoothly. Good luck and sorry your in this position.

Indifference, avoidance, excuses........but I wonder if you are being too controlling? The nice thing about bf/gf is there is no committment, each party is free to leave the relationship for any reason and not expect the other to take revenge.

Buddy, if you are at the stage where you don't trust your girlfriend then surely love has soured?? For without trust, how can there be love............. Try to trust her, give her some space to be herself, for I am sure she isn't cheating on you but rather she is just a very social, happy and chatty person.

You will find things unusual in her character towards you....She will find excuses for meeting you or talking to you......You will find her ph engaged for a long time.....She will start to lie to you even for silly things. She will fight with you for unwanted things as though she hates you........ If you find these things in her behavior then am sorry to tell you that your girl friend is cheating on you

if she's less physical with you, if she goes out a lot more or when she gets a text or a phone call she goes in the other room. the clues are quite obvious really.

Hire a detective. You'll find out quick. If you don't find out for sure... you're just guessing. Although... When you think something's up... something's usually up.
