i'm surprised you havent wasted away eating so little................right what you need to do to balance out your meagre diet is simple excercise like
100 situps
100 chinups
200 starjumps
400 stepups
12mile fast paced run
4hr daily circuit at the gym
2hr swim session with at least 5 miles swimming
as you can see the excercise regime is a bit tame, but this can be increased gradually

If you eat all of this and then sit on the couch all day then your problem is simple. Join a gym, walk a mile a day, jogg or do some sort of outdoor activity. Everything you've listed as your daily intake is unhealth foods. Fast food is never good for you. Eat in moderation. Stop polluting your body with those fatty cheeseburgers and fries. That stuff will kill you!....Your body is your tempel and you should treat it as such. Honestly there is nothing wrong with treating yourself to the foods you love every now and then. Not daily....Add exercise to your daily regime and you'll see an improvement in energy and weightloss. Eating like you do you'll end up with diabetes or some heart disease. I wish you well in your battle but your sabitoging your self by eating all of this stuff. Cut back on the pancakes and twinkies and hamburgers. The only healthy things you listed were the eggs......There is more to life then eating and when you put the fork down and take a walk around the block you'll soon find out for yourself.

Hi its beacuse nearly everything you eat is full of sugar or is deep fried in fat, I went on weight watchers a few years ago and I basically ate what I want and lost loads of weight but when you come to look at the point allowance of things the food you are eating is loads. I was allowed 21 points and you know the 2 double cheese burgers you eat for Lunch they are 13 points each which is 26 points aleady I have gone over my points allowance and with the fries on top which are 6 points I am well over my points and that only for one meal, its disgustion how much fat is in something so small that it doesnt fill you up at all either.
So maybe going on a diet like weight watcher you will realise just how much things you eat that do not seem like a lot, are actuallyway over the fat content you need a day which causes you body problems when it comes to breaking down the fat
Would you believe me that if I told you that a tiny amount of rice contains about 8 points, thats like a meal allowance. I use to basically live of rice and I put on weight loads as I use to have a plate full thinking it was healty but its not as healthy as you think 100g is 6 points and when good that hardly nothing and its even more once you add other ingrediants.
So if you lay off as much fatty food you wont put on weight and if you cut down and swap meals for heathier alternative that you like. Im not on about salads but for dinner breakfast have toast, or poach eggs and 2 slices of bacon grilled not fried, etc and for dinner not cheese burgers get a baguette etc. its all about changing the way you eat and if you eat more heathily you will actually beable to eat more and feel fuller for longer too

Your not eating a lot, but what your eating isn't all that great. Trust me I've been on Weight watchers for a year, I weigh 178.2 (I started WW at 167) I'm 5'5" and I'm 14. Here's some tips (in parenthasis!)...
Breakfast
2 x eggs (pretty good but try egg whites or egg beaters)
2x Bacon (Try turkey bacon it tastes just as good!)
Hash Browns (once in a while but not every day)
Pancakes & syrup ( try sugar free syrup it's really good!"
Morning Snack
2 x Twinkies (try eating 1 light twinkie thay taste the same!)
Lunch
2 x Double cheese burgers & fries ( try a chicen sandwich and a salad, and a healthy snack like yogurt)
Afternoon Snack
A handful of turtles (quaker ricecakes are a great snack, try them! they have a variety of flavors!)
Dinner
KFC Mega Bucket & sides. ( Take the skins off thats where all the fat is, and get small sides for the taste)

Dont worry but I would skip out on any thing that includes about 5kg of fat or trans fat so dont worry I weigh around 190 to 210 but Im taller than almost all my peers and some of my teachers also I rarely do sports so if youre trying to lose weight just skip the fat and relax its probably stress and you think that you eat little but under all that stress its just a lot so just lose your stress man

Sorry to be brutally honest but i think that is a massive amount to eat in 1 day, i dont think it has anything to do with your genes at all. You eat a lot of fast food for a start, try to eat salad grilled chicken or fish an vegetables an do a bit of exercise, theres no wonder your fat eating all that crap day in day out!

It's not how much you eat, but what you eat! Tons of fat and sugar. That is why you are fat and probably very unhealthy. Focus on whole grains and fruit/veggies. I think you already know this. If you go out to fast food often, just choose chicken instead of beef or salads with chicken.

looking at your daily diet, i think i`ve pinpointed the cause of your problematic weight-gain, its the turtles i`m afraid. although they are generally regarded as a good source of protein, they are unfortunately virtually 75% sugar and therefore contain a large amount of simple carbohydrates which when eaten by the "handful" gradually build up in the body as unused fuel - ie FAT. my suggestion would be to snack on seahorses instead as they are virtually calorie-free and are an excellent source of vitamin F, so they will also help you smell good.

Too much carbs (Twinkies, Pancakes), too much fat (KFC is loaded with it, burgers, fries) Try vegetables, fruit, dairy and whole wheat breads you are eating food that has little nutritional value. Also limit portions, no one needs two burgers and fries don't use family genes as an excuse. Lastly exercise you will feel better about yourself and can turn fat into muscle.

you are eating all bad things and to much of it! Perhaps you can keep eating this stuff if you run maybe 100 miles per day. However even if you do that, you will still have a heart attack at around 50. You R what you eat!
