You could believe things about the Bible and not be a Christian. However, if you believed the Bible in the totality of its message you would be a Christian. It all depends on how you interpret the word "believe".

In most cases I would say NO, but I guess it depends on if you believe in the entire Bible or just parts of it. Also, if it is just the old testament then that would make you more Jewish than Christian.

That might depend on your interpretation of a Christian. If you believe in the BIBLE that means you believe in God and the ten commandments. It sounds to me like you are a Christian if you believe in the bible. Remember there are Christians, and there are fanatic Christians.

Do you believe with all mind or your heart?

If mind - yes definitely

If heart - no definitely

Faith is what transfers the knowledge gained from the Bible in ones mind to ones heart.

Christian means anointed. However, in common usage, it is no longer necessary to be Baptized and Confirmed to call oneself Christian. So, I guess it depends on your definition of Christian.

Edit: also it depends on your definition of "believe" Do you mean "accept as inspired by the Holy Spirit?"

If your Bible says Jesus is the son of God and is your Lord -- etc etc. and you believe it -- you're a Christian. If your Bible doesn't say this and you don't believe this, you aren't a Christian.
