He scratch at his body all the time and inside of his ears are very dry and i want to know if this is also normal and what can i use to make him stop?

take to the vet
allergy
skin condition
fleas or mite infestation
lack of something in the diet
also never use human shampoo to bathe your dog the ph is different
may need special diet or drops to put in food

Heads up here. Once the dog is over the age of 3, they find it hard to excrete PROTEIN! If you still have the dog on High Protein Food, then the kidneys will not be able to excrete it and it will come out the skin causing the dog to itch, scratch, even bite its own feet. Therefore check the protein in the dog food and look for the lowest amount of protein in dog food and feed the dog that one.

no this is not normal. My dog also has sensitive skin. We put him on a special diet a specialist gave to us and he is doing great. He is almost 12 years old now and is feeling like a puppy. I would recommend seeing a specialist like ours who can consult with you and pick a solution that is right for you and your dog. its takes longer to prepare our dog's food now, but it's worth it.
