I have 8 more pounds until I get to my goal weight of 108! What’s a good saying or something that can keep me from giving into temptation from candy and other stuff that will derail my diet? Help! I’m so close!

It is a healthy weight. I'm not that tall.

"Fact: The FDA allows a small percentage of rat fecal matter to be put in candy."
I know the last one is somewhat long, but it's true and I think it will kill the urge for the moment :-)

Why in the world do you only want to weigh 108? That does not sound healthy!
Try keeping healthy snacks around. Keep a few granola bars in your purse.

One word comes to mind: "YUCK!"
It's easier if you have something that's tasty and healthy to snack on yourself, though.
