BTW: I am not asking about scary, mean-looking, creepy guys- who might be intimidating for obvious reasons- but about guys who are "normal" yet who are intimidating to you....
Why might you find them to be so?......

If they are really silent. I know that sounds strange but if a guy just like stands or sits there in silence then it's sorta intimidating because it makes you feel like you have to talk.

A real man is not something that you can physically show. It has to be done by a series of actions. A real man is able to let his emotions go and talk to a girl about them (I know sounds cheesy but girls like this and shows you have guts). Also a guy treats every girl like a princess even if you don't like her. Also a real man should be cospanite enough be hear a woman's problem even if it's a broken necklace clasp. Finally I think a "real" man is someone who will look out for the better people even if it means his life. For exmaple if a robber came into a house and said that one person has to die a "real" man would take the job on himself and let the rest of the house live. That is my opinion.

They make some girls feel like they'll never be good enough. An intimidating guy might be popular, or just out of the girl's league. Most intimidating guys are just really attractive.

Men with tempers or those who just look like they could do damage to you. Also, sometimes men who are very friendly with everybody and very popular can be intimidating and hard to approach if you feel you aren't on the same level as he is.
