No. The Watchtower is a bible-based periodical. If you look through it, it includes scriptures confirming where in the Bible the thoughts come from. The Watchtower doesn't add "new" information, it just helps learn the Bible better.

Absolutely not. We know very well that there is nothing to be added to the 66 books that make up the Bible (Non Catholic ones). Galatians 1:7-10, Revelation 22:19, 20.
The Watchtower has 2 "Sunday school" type lessons in each issues. Plus other articles on a variety of topics as well as information about people who became JWs and how they did.
It is no different from Guideposts, and other magazines used for of interest things by other mainline churches. We no more consider it "Bible" or extra scriptures than Baptists do the Baptist Evangel, than Salvation Army does the War Cry booklet, that Sunday School teachers do their lesson plans or than preachers do "Pulpit Helps" and other newspapers, lesson planners and such they have.

The Watchtower is a periodical. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints also has periodicals like the Ensign, The Friend and the New Era magazines. They would be comparable. The Book of Mormon is a one time publication of scripture like unto the Bible. Therefore, not comparable.

The Watchtower is just a monthly magazine. I don't think it's similar to the Book of Mormon because the Book of Mormon supposedly came from a prophet and the Watchtower is made each month by humans.

Mormans will claim that the Book of Morman and other writings by Joseph Smith are equal and may even supercede the Bible. Watchtower is not considered as equal to Scripture by JWs, but is more of a article driven periodical that supports there interpretation of Scripture.

No. JW's believe in the Bible. The WT magazine talks about what the Bible says. Simple as that.
As for the MORMONS, they believe more in the Book of Mormon. The Bible comes second.
