After continuing to complain about the 4 sets of bad injectors in my Duramax Diesel this is what GMworkerbee @ GM responded with on a recent financial blog.
"Re: Worst Run U.S. Company (Not rated) 7-Nov-07 02:52 pm I would say that 1 million GM duramax diesel trucks says YOUR wrong. According to what you have said currently your truck does NOT have a problem but you continue to *****. I hope you have a good lawyer. People who continually address a company with false accusations causing public loss of sales and image end up in court where they learn the hard way to SHUT UP. You have been warned"

To a car person like me, they shouldn't. I think GM is great and makes nice cars and trucks but if they want customers to be loyal, they should try to be honest upfront to their customers. With your problem, you are not trying to say accusations about their cars and making them look bad, you are just addressing a true statement. If they actually did say this to you, well they are headed the wrong way. They should try to solve the problem. Honestly I would never think that a GM representative would say that. I actually own a 05 GTO, very nice car, and asked them about some problems, but they never did that. Hey maybe he was having a bad day and put it out on someone. GM does have some tough competition against toyota and honda.

This isn't an official letter or post from General Motors; number one they are not allowed to speak to customers like this; number two they do not "sign" their posts with gmworkerbee, it will have the customer service rep.'s name and information. If you seriously did recieve this, then call GM's Customer Service Number; located in your owners manual, and tell them.

Tell them to eat it.....you have the proof don't you? A broken down truck which is evidence in itself which they can't dispute. PERIOD!
