In general, Leos like women who are equals. Most of the time, when a Leo chases the woman runs. He is going to be more interested in the one who doesn't run and is somewhat of a hunter herself.
Playing "come here / go away" from across the room can be very rewarding. Just be very careful. When he comes over, he may not want to go away. Also, the Leo-ego can be a bit of a hand full when things are not going well. Patience helps.

Strong women! My husband is a leo, and I'm an aquarius. I'm strong and independent, and he loves that. If you get too clingy, it will scare him off, just like any man. :-) Treat him like a king though, Leo men LOVE to be the center of attention and feel like real men.
