It won't be the best quality but I'm partial to Harbor Freight.

I bought the Matco Ghost Rider edition, VERY good box. Wished I had bought a cheaper one though. lol
Check ebay, seen some nice ones on there.

Try looking in public auctions in your area. Check the classified ads in the paper under "Auctions", "public sales", etc.
