why do men losing there hair try to grow out there hair only to have a comb over or hair on the sides and none of the top. why cant men just shave there head. know a days its even more exceptable and they still walk around tring to cover there bald spot? whats your opinion?

Yeah I could never figure that out. I'm 27 and I've been shaving my head for about 4 years now... I'll never go back to having hair. I hate hair.

I figure it's somewhere between being cold and knowing how silly the society is about bald men. Personally I ascribe to the theory that bald headed men are more virile.

I think that younger men who are going bald are less likely to try to cover it up. Older men somehow think of this as the loss of youth so they want to try to show that they are still virile but little do they know that the combovers actually make them look older.

My husband was balding so he shaves his head with #4 clippers so it just has a little shadow. I think it's sexy. He also has a goat tee (spelling???)
He HAS threatened to do a back to front combover if I ever cut my own hair though! LOL!!!!

in my opinion entirely bald is damn sexy! and can be considered a fashion nowadays. but still some men feel shy having bald head. maybe because the society that they live in are not supportive enough or they are considered as "unhealthy" of "freak" in their community.

I'm not sure, but I think that bald guys are sexy as h*ll! My fiancee is going bald, and each year he just gets cuter and cuter! The combover is for the guys are insecure, when they have no need to be.

dont think thats totally true yes some men do but most just dont bother they know its silly trying to hide it
