you do no longer ought to lose that plenty, the cut-off date isn't there. you will get laid in college regardless if that's what's annoying you. you would be unable to lose that plenty in that short a time besides - except you're somewhat short your weight is effective. low carb is nonsense. Your life-long weight loss software plan is 2000 energy an afternoon (2200 in case you're male), 40% carb, various veg, some protein, some dairy, some fruit, a splash fats. And a minimum of half-hour shifting an afternoon. in case you would be unable to artwork out what to cook dinner and purchase from that, you're insufficiently clever to go away abode.

You need to be realistic about how much weight you can lose over that period of time. I lost 7lbs in a week and a friend lost 15lbs in one week BUT this is a one off thing, your body wont support that continued weight loss over 4 or 6 weeks.

Ok, that said, if you are aiming for that amount of weight loss then you need to consider the following:

Exercise - you need to be doing cardio-vascular exercise of 700 to 900 calories per day - it helps to use gym equipment that records calories burnt. No days off - that wont help but you need to alternate your exercise pattern daily, say cycle one day and then run the next. Dont repeat the exercise routine day after day.

Diet - low carbs is ok. I would suggest you dont cut them out completely as carbs provide slow burning energy for you to train. Might be worth having some carbs in the morning (or the meal before you exercise) and then none later. Dont skip meals but have small regular meals. You dont say what you are eating other than 'no carbs'. Red meat and the like must be off the shopping list. You need lots of chicken or tuna (in spring water only) and plenty of different colour vegetables. I personally dont like the Atkins Diet - no carbs but high fat intake doesn't sound good to me, since excess fat goes straight onto your body, which means you then have to loose it later! If you have to eat a meal out (Christmas approaches) then I recommend a product sold by 'myprotein.co.uk' called 'Phase 2 Carb Blocker' (although other similar products are available). Taken before a meal, it will reduce your carb intake by up to 800 calories per meal - very handy!

Alcohol - If you are really committed then dont drink any alcohol over the whole period. If like me, thats too much to ask then try to drink only on Friday/Saturday evenings, and then wine or spirits, such as vodka or whisky.

Sleep - Sounds silly but sleep is essential for your body to recover from this severe abuse its getting. 8 hours a day is minimum.

Water - Drink lots of water, little and often. Water helps the fat burning process and can help fill you up if you are feeling hungry.

Finally - Good Luck!
