Eat kiwi,sounds daft but it works even for people who are having a bad trip.
If you want it out your blood system youll have to wait im not sure there is a way to get it out quicker unless there is another drug to take.

well first quit smoking it, until the clean pee need passes,
and drink green tea and cranberry juice mixed or separate,or take azo pills, and i'm talking alot of tea and or juice! ladies you know how well cranberry or azo tabs clean out your urinary tract. give this a try it worked for me. good luck.

There are those Detox teas out there (check your local head shop) that supposedly will detox you in 24 hrs (I have a lot of smoker friends and they swore by these)
