If He did, the why does THE BIBLE say"

2 Thessalonians 2:15 "So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by letter from us."

1 Corinthians 11:2 "Now I praise you because you remember me in everything and hold firmly to the traditions, just as I delivered them to you."

Point:
Pharisees false traditions = BAD
Apostolic (i.e. Catholic) traditions = GOOD

Pharisee = BAD , Catholic = GOOD , Pharisee = BAD , Catholic = GOOD , Pharisee = BAD , Catholic = GOOD ,

I think you missed the train on this one...

Pharisees = Traditions of men = bad
Cathololics = New and Improved Traditions of men = bad
Apostles = Traditions of God = Good

Therefore... Catholics = Pharisees

Don't believe me? What about these prophecies...

2 Thess 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Acts 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Sounds like the early Christian church was on the road to apostasy, and the FORSAKING of the traditions of Christ, and the acceptance of the traditions of men, chief of which was the introduction of the office of Pope... replacing Christ with a weak man... causing the church to "fall away" and the introduction into the dark ages.

I think it is a lot simpler, as Jesus didn't condemn ANY traditions. However, he did condemn the HYPOCRISY of the Pharisess.

When he cured the lepers, he instructed them to go to the Temple for a RITUAL cleansing, as prescribed by the priests. (sounds a lot like tradition to me.)

Also, Jesus instructed the people to listen to the priests. This is the premise for the old saying, "Do as they say, not as they do."

So, I take it you want to get the traditions of burnt offerings reinstated?

Goats are a good place to start, especially for sin offerings.

I am rejecting anything that is not sane - the words of God or not. - and traditions are not sane. They are oppressing.
