Yeah, he's fixed all right.... and I know he could use some lessons on aiming but I want to know why he won't use the box at all sometimes, and I end-up with a clean-up job to do.

Just get him a litter box with a cover, like one of the litter boxes that has a roof and a hole to crawl through.

Since he is a male though, it might help to get him fixed if he isn't already.

How big is the litterbox?? Is there enough room for him to do his business. My cat is quite large and I had to get him a bigger than normal litter box with a cover, solved my porblem right away.

move the box to a new place ,cats have a great nose and they smell the p so there brain said its OK to go here move box and it will stop just as long as he or she cant smell p

You might need a box with higher sides, or one of those with a cover. I used to have that problem with one of my kitties, until I did that.
