Well Binge and vomit will lead to tooth decay,pain and dental bills and Laxatives will dehydrate you, which could lead to IVs to get fluid in you,possible pain and again with med bills. I would try to find a happy medium. Perhaps Yogurt.

You need to eat. Have an apple or banana. Anything naturally grown is going to satisfy your hunger. Whatever you do, DO NOT BINGE, VOMIT OR TAKE LAXATIVES. Why would you do that? What will your body burn throughout the day? Your guts? Be wise, be real, LOVE YOURSELF!

If you are really hungry and its not lunch time, eat an apple, a piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, or have a cup of hot skim milk with decaf in it. Cafe con Leche.

Try a taco salad; the overall mix and the spices will not only fill you up but satisfy your palate and not THAT many calories. Barfing and getting the shits is sooooo lame; don't you think?

because binging is just discusting. i dont see why you would throw up because its just nasty.

and taking laxitives is painful... cuz after everything is out (if you know what i mean) ur a**hole hurts like a mofo.

i mean come on who cares if ur a little overweight? if anybody doesnt like u cuz ur fat then why are you even associated with them?
