was it a ghost?

ive never really known wheteher to believe if ghosts exist or not but ther was a strange experience today at work, i work in a nursery which used to be an old war hospital along time ago , today i was the last person in the building at about 7pm and i was tidying up when one of the musical instruments (bells) startred shaking and making a sound, i thought this was rather odd but put it down to my imagination then it happened again, then i heard running in the exact same room like scraping on the floor as there was sand allover the floor from wher the kids were playing, it sounded as though some1 was defiently in the room running across the floor with sand on.i felt like something was watching me..am i going mad!? somebody i work with also told me that last week in the baby room, the kids were stareing at 1 corner of the room at the ceiling,laughing and waveing..!is our work place haunted!?

Ghosts are just us with the physical removed.

They should not harm you, however our senses are acutely made to pick up danger so this makes us over sensitive to the unknown.

Talk to the person, this can soothe both you and the Ghost.

Little Babies often look at Fairies and laugh.

Some one put a theory that with each life a twin soul comes to earth as a guide in the early years, and if asked can remain a guide unto death.

If the above is so, and I believe something of the sort happens then yes Babies can see things you can't.

Again, no Baby is being hurt, should that not show you that Ghosts do not wish to harm.

People from the past can be very upset by shouting and screaming and certainly swearing, so soft talk always.

I heard a story of a Ghost showing evil facial screaming movements. Over the years some calmer people investigated the area. The calmness of these people manifested itself in the apparent calmness of the Ghost.

This story led to a theory that Ghosts are people in the past looking through a window in time. The terrible facial look on the Ghost was the mirror of the modern observers facial expression.

Therefore the person from the past was also seeing Ghosts; us from the future.

I've never seen a ghost, but I'm open to the possibility they exist. If sounds and images can be recorded onto magnetic tape, then it's also possible that they can be recorded on masonry and timber, and "received" by a sensitive person or animal, even hundreds of years after they occurred.

It would seem that you have either a ghost(spirit) or a resedue of emotional energy, left by someone who died suddenly.
There is much reseach into such cases at the mament, both in England and America.
Results so far lean towards there being paranormal happenings, taking place at many of the older sites where people have died.

It could very well have been a ghost. Spirits are everywhere, But few cause trouble like ghosts. When you sleep at night, your spirit will often leave your body, to enter the spiritual realm, and will often relate to other spirits, some of the living, some of the dead. A lot of ones dream can seem really real. That is because they are, but happen in the spiritual realm.
