Yes, there's still people around who follow the beliefs of the ancient Celts - typically called Celtic Reconstructionists, though there's a number of non-Recon folks who follow similar beliefs. It's a small umbrella term, given that there's differences between, for example, the Irish and Welsh beliefs (though they were, for the most part, very similar.)

Celtic is not a religion, it is a region. The religious views expressed in that particular region before the Norman Invasion in 1111 was a loose non-theist, nature based philosophy, and when deities were involved, they were very general conceptual deities.
As far as the region I am from, I am Celtic.
I believe in the laws of nature and accept that things happen that I cannot see or control.
