Can I just eat vitamins instead of eating food ? If yes which ones ? Will it help me lose weight ? Serious reply only don't want to get a reply of ; exercise or low fat diet. Just a straight intellegent answer.

No, you can't. Vitamins alone don't provide the all the nutrition you need. There's no carbs, proteins, or fats in vitamin pills.

I'll say it any way, even though you don't want to hear it. If you want to lose weight, eat sensibly, don't snack between meals, and exercise every day.

no you cant but if so astronauts would do it but u can get good food just watch the amounts like eat small portions but eat more a day a drink lots of water but supplementing your diet with vitamin's will help u lose weight get a good once a day vit and watch those carbs good luck

no u cant its not healthy. your body does need other thiings like some crabs for example that cant be found in vitamins.
eat what ever you want just in small portions and remember star bucks has a lot of empty stuff. try and eat foods that are alive. fresh veg fruit meats not processed filler nasty food.
exercise does help but its hard to keep going just got keep thinking of why u wan lose weight for motivation.
thats what i do i try to loss weight to .
