These pimple / black marks on my face?

Question

I have these pimple, some times after they vanish there black marks that are there.

they dont look liek scars but it frustraing me cause I dotn know how these black Marks are appearing on my face.

There the size of 1 cm long and flat, some of them are circles and others are like rain drop looking.

and One of them seems to get a littler longer every night.

SO i am wondering what are these black marks that are appering out of no where and is it cancerous?

I am poor so i cant afford to go dermertologist

I would say they might be blackheads...clogged pores. You can try exfoliating them by using a warm washcloth, or buy some pore treatment products at the drugstore (like Biore).

If you are popping them you maybe rupturing blood vessals giving that appearance. so avoid that, try a product called natures miracle @ your local walmart or department store. It works great and is cheap, $8 for a months supply. Worked great for me, pill twice a day, and cream to make blemishes disappear. No prescription and its just by other face care products.
