I wonder if God told Fireball to stick her head in the toilet if she would do it.

Credulity is believing in something for which there is no proof.
Faith is believing in something where there is proof but it is unseen. For example, if a man you have never seen before asked you for $100. and tells you he will pay you back tomorrow, it would be credulity to give him the money and believe he would return it tomorrow. But if a dear and reliable brother asked you for $100 and tells you he will pay you back tomorrow, if you gave him $100 it would show your faith in him. You have a reason to trust him, yes?
Most people misunderstand the definition of faith, but Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld."
Everyone is capable of having faith, just as everyone is capable of learning about Jehovah. Their faith is dependent on knowing who He is, what He has done in the past, what He is doing now and what He will do in the future. We trust Him because he has always done what he said he would do.
We have a reason to trust Him.

Everyone is capable of having faith. The fact that some don't have it is no proof that they're incapable of it. They could be resisting it for one reason or another.
I think what you're really asking is, why didn't God make it easy to believe? Maybe the answer is, because good things are not always easy. Maybe he wants us to put forth some effort sometimes.

He did, and everyone is capable of having faith, it's just that some people find faith difficult. Do you know the story of Doubting Thomas in the Bible. He couldn't believe that Jesus had risen until he saw the nail prints in His hands and feet.
God wants us to love Him and that requires free will. Free will needs faith, cos if we could prove that God existed, there would be no faith and no free will. Does this make sense? Hope it helps.

Hey There, you see not everyone are Christians so god couldn't make everyone capable of having faith because how can they have faith in a god they don't believe in.God doesn't force himself on us,that is why we choose whether to be believers or not,god created the heaven and the earth and everything else if he wanted he had the power to make everyone be Christians but he gave us the choice. There's your answer i hope it answered your question.

He made us and gave us life as long as we obeyed him! Since we went the other way and became like God we are sinful and born into imperfection, faith in his son has purchased us back notice I didn't say religion, his son and we have had to have faith in something that we have not seen. That's what faith is all about, you believe and you have a disbelief.

The World would have been a wonderful place if everyone had 'Faith'. I am not religious, but I am quite spiritual & believe in the principles of 'faith'. I believe if Eve hadn't have eaten the apple in the garden of Eden, then evil would be non existent & we would all have faith, or all have no need to believe in it.

Why do you say he did not do that?
Just because one is capable of having it does not mean one will choose to use it. I don't go around moving mountians. Is that because I don't have that much faith or is it just because I don't use my faith to do that sort of thing?
I tend to think we all have faith, some choose to put theirs into God, others tend to put theirs into the world. I believe if you need more faith, pray and God will give it to you.

He did,but its your choice to use it. The bible says that "he gives everyone a measure of faith". Faith is like a muscle, if you don't use it it becomes very weak. The more you exercise your fath, the stronger it becomes. When you choose to believe what is true ,you're exercising your faith, but you have to choose to believe the truth so you can exercise your faith. Also reading the bible,& going to church, etc. streangthens your faith." Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of god."

Everyone IS capable of faith. That's why EVERYONE believes in something.
Be it God, evolution, Hari Krishna, Buddha, Mohammed, a rock, a tree, a statue.
