she says that it does not feel as good. She also thinks it is funny to take it off while we are having sex. Though I must admit it does feel a lot better- warmer and more slippery- I tell her that we should practice safe sex. She tells me she will leave me because I must think she is a whor# with an STD or something. What should I do?

Explain to her that you don't think she's a whore, but you don't want to get her pregnant. If she doesn't want to use a condom, she should get on birth control.

... leave her.

If she doesn't respect you enough to comply with YOUR need to protect yourself and prevent unwanted pregnancies - then she's not worth your time.

Besides - let's forget about STD's for now, do you REALLY want to risk a pregnancy?? How can you be 100% sure she's using birth control 100% of the time?? You can't. It's YOUR responsibility, as a mature sexually active adult to take responsibility for your life - and the ONLY birth control choice you have (short of abstinence or a vasectomy) is a condom. So you need to use them 100% of the time!

Even if she says that she'll get an abortion if "it should happen" - you, as man - have NO say whatsoever in enforcing that promise. So you need to protect yourself and your future.

Remember... there is NO sexual encounter or orgasm that will be worth 18-YEARS of child support payments.

Are the two of you prepared to be parents in the near future? If the answer to that question is NO then either abstain from sex (that is very difficult I know), stick to your guns and insist on the condom, or break off the relationship. Truthfully in this day and age I don't think your GF is being very wise in her attitude toward your use of a condom. Also in using the condom you are protecting her as well as protecting yourself. Does she understand that?

That is difficult. And I've never heard that before from a woman. Be careful that she isn't trying to trap you into having a child. I would set a relationship milestone where you could remove the condom. For example, after you have been together for a certain time, or decide to move in together or get engaged.

Do the right thing and keep it under wraps. I would much rather lose someone because I did what was best for me than to risk disease and pregnancy.

dude, unless you want to get something (not saying that she does have something) or YOU WANT TO KNOCK HER UP, you must wear a condom every time. If she doesn't understand that, then you need to stop having sex with her (easier said then done, I know). unless of course you want to end up with a life-long mistake.

If she is going to be like that, then you should leave her. You're the smart one wanting to use protection.

Good luck!
