Do you think both guys and girls expose too much when wearing sleeveless attire? And perhaps their underarms contain bacteria that could be getting into the air and making us all sick?

Scientific responses would be great on this one, but anyone may comment.

Um, please, no!

First of all, we live in what's supposed to be a free society. Sleevelessness is not pornographic, so there's no justifiable reason to add this to the laws on indecent exposure.

Unless they're rubbing their armpits on you, they're not spreading any more germs than they would be with a shirt on. Therefore, there's no justifiable reason to add this to our health code laws.

It may sometimes be less attractive than we'd like, but I'd personally rather see this than facial piercings or multiple exposed tattoos. Unless you're prepared to enforce all Americans wearing uniforms, you're going to have to prepare yourself for the fact that we still have some freedoms.

What kind of question is this?

There should be no law on wearing sleeveless shirts that is just stupidity and make no sense. What are people supposed to do over the spring/summer season? If all we have a long sleeves?

I don't think there should be a law.

First, tons more potentially lethal germs are exhaled in each breath than would escape from uncovered underarms. Second, I do not support giving the government the power to regulate what you wear and how other than the minimal standards of decency we have now.
