Roast! It's yummy, everyone likes it. And, it's a more substantial meal that just soup. Soup alone is great when you're by yourself, or just cooking a routine meal on a cold day. When you're having guests...soup is almost like the first course...might leave everyone wondering if there's more to come!

Little more information needed! What you serve for dinner quests depends largely on your guests and how formal you want the affair to be. I think the choice should be given to your guests and then you have a better chance for a successful and enjoyable meal.
