OK...there is one that gives to meds and one that you just talk to...

I can't spell which one is which...

I'm waiting a paper...help plz???

Meds = psychiatrist

Talk to = psychologist

Actually, you both talk with and get meds from a psychiatrist [psychiatrists are M.D.s].

A psychologist cannot prescribe medications, in most states, but does do talk therapy or other kinds of therapy, depending on their orientation.

Physiologist deals with organs, tissues and cells. Physiotherapist deals with rehabilitation of the body after injury. Psychophysiologist deals with the effects of pshysiological processes on the mental state.

A physiologist studies how organisms function. i am not sure that is what you want to be writing you paper on.

a psychologist, cannot treat you with medication unless in new Mexico.

a psychiatrist is a medical doctor and can treat you with medication.

A Psycharatrist is a doctor that is authorized to write prescription

A Psychologist is also a doctor but do not have the authorization to prescribe medicine.

Psychologist can't.
