i am musclular and 5'3 and i kinda like having strong thick legs and thighs but i want less jiggle

totally agree with everyone so far...cycling=AMAZING!! running and walking are also good so are lunges and squats....you can also bump it up a little for lunges and squats by jumping in between

running is always good, but squats, leg press, and leg lifts should help, good luck.
