Perhaps if most people start buying it. Right now healthy food is still a special niche market. That is why it's so expensive.

However it is all based on supply and demand. As long as people are willing to pay higher prices for health food, companies will continue to sell it at those prices.

Just like with the recording industry; As long as they didn't have competition from file sharing sites and other ways to get the music, they could continue to charge the ridiculous prices they were charging for their music. As soon as they had competition, the prices came down.

Skin. Go tanning in the morning, but not at day. I know tanning is bad, but it's not if you do it with the morning rays. Eat fruits. And stay away from fast food and greasy pizzas. Eyebrows. Go to a salon. I prefer threading over waxing. Lips. I use Clinique #10 lip gloss. It's light and has SPF. Eyes. Clinique has a cream that helps under eye circles. Eyelashes. When people begin to buy more organic foods then more farmers will farm organic. Their problem now is that even though they try to farm organic the guy in the next field is spraying junk all over the place and suddenly his plants test positive for sprays..The same problem exists with hybrids, cross pollination. And as long as you have dishonest people you will have someone labeling organic when it is not and farmers selling as organic when it is not. and store selling as organic when it is not (recent case of one large mass market store which I will not name was caught doing that)

BUT someday when it catches on more we will see the prices come down. It is less expensive to grow but will not always be as beautiful in shape and color and condition as the sprayed stuff.

I just wish more people, including myself would invest the time and flower beds to growing our own veggies. My Mom always had beautiful flowers but grown along with them was spinach, mustard greens, onions, and others such.

The more time you spend on preparation the lower the cost. you can eat very healthy at low cost with a bit of planning. Also growing a few veggies in your backyard will help save soe costs too!! :)
