God can hear our prayers anywhere and prefers it to be in a private inner chamber, whether it be in your car, silently in line at a supermarket, or on the toilet.

You know, Jews actually have a special blessing FOR using the restroom, as well as washing the hands afterward, because it is understood that G-d is there with you anyway. G-d wouldn't be offended if you used that private time to pray (he knows for some of us it is the only private time we have). I think G-d would rather you pray on the toilet than not at all.

It's always good to pray. And the good thing about it is that you do it more than once a day. If that's what makes you remember to pray, then pray!

Pee and pray! Why not? I think it matters more to God that you pray, not where you are at the time. Sure it's unorthodox but if that's when you remember, I say go with it. It sure beats praying to Allah as you're about to blow someone up, don't you think?

Don't people say God is everywhere all the time? Seriously I don't think it matters where you pray as long as you do.

I think wherever you feel you should pray then you should do it. Society has set up this bathroom taboo, but its unfounded. I play my guitar in the bathroom when I come up with a good tune. Bathrooms are rooms with people with thinking brains in them, therefore, pray away!

I don't think it matters where you pray, as long as you pray... God made you, he knows you have to use the bathroom

I think there are some who might feel it is disrespectful.
Your relationship with God is your own and he sees into your heart. I don't think God will judge you negatively for communicating with him, regardless of where you are when you do it.
Try praying that God give you insight on whether that is disrespectful or not. Then trust your feelings.

I think it's definitely better than not praying. We should pray always. I suspect that God will appreciate your sincerity.

not if you're praying for regularity
"Oh Lord please let that Immodium kick in. And Lord, I promise not to eat 3 corndogs and a 2 liter of coke for breakfast again."
