Some people ask such stupid questions, and get answers; but others ask serious questions, and no one wants to answer them...how come?

Not everyone has an intelligent answer, or knows the answer.

And you expect people to give you sensible answers when you ask the very type of question you rail against?

There are many children on here, people who'se first language is not English and others with perhaps some forms of disability.

Your question merely shows that you are intolerant and thoughtless in regard to other people. Try learning a little humility, understanding and compassion.

You will find life much better for yourself if you can accomplish that!!!

Many people are looking for an answer they like or agree with. Then try to say it is the law. Most answers are for points and the people answering don't even watch Law and Order. They are too busy trying to get points here.

Because some people ask what appear to be intelligent questions, but they are really set-ups.
Those people hate the police and only want to argue and put the answerer down.
Besides, even if the question isn't the smartest, it doesn't make it invalid or insincere.

The answer to your question has to do with how many people in this category are not actually cops, but cop bashers. It is real easy to tell the difference, just check spelling and grammar.

Yes, I am a cop, and yes, I do try to give good answers to the quesitons if I believe the person is asking for a legitimate reason.

I just wish the askers would provide enough information for me to do so... "should I fight this ticket, I didn't do anything wrong" doesn't tell me much.

Here is why.........

90 % of the people answering in this law and police section are NOT cops. Me, yes... I am a cop... so I give answers to the hard questions. I have years of education, training and experience to go on.

The rest are posting opinion or what they saw on law and order last night or how they think the law is from some other make believe source.

And many are children. Children who have no clue but are just here to rack up points.

People answer mostly for points and dont have to use there brain, serious questions take thought and arent worth the two points
