my boyfriend tells me he loves me but sometims i get the feeling he just wants sex what should i do.

It's hard to answer without all of the details. How long have you two been together? Are you exclusive? Did the relationship start from sex?
I do know that a guy will not stick around for a year or so just for sex. He can get that from anywhere these days. This is especially true if you spend time together often. Now if he just comes over and sleeps with you and leaves until the next "rumble"....maybe he doesn't love you. My advice is to try holding back a little. Maybe the next (few) times you see him, try just talking or going out WITHOUT sex and see what happens. He'll probably ask what's wrong and you can tell him that you just want to talk without being physical all of the time. You should have your answer from that.

Just give it time. If your sex life starts to slow down a bit, and he still acts the same then you know he doesn't just want sex.

how long have you been dating? is the L word a prerequesite for you to have sex with someone?
if he's been with you through hard times, then i'd give him more credit. if it's a rather new relationship and you have this gut feeling, then go with that.
