After a few months of eating right, you won't want that stuff anymore. Just go to one of the major fast food player's websites & look at the nutrition info.

For instance, my GF brought home a KFC Crispy Strips Dinner the other night for herself. Smelled good, so I had a bite of the chicken. The salt was so strong - Yuck! I took a look at her meal at the KFC website:

Calories: 890
Grams FAT: 45
Sodium: 2,660 mg!!!!!!!!!!

and that's just one of those little box-meals. Not hard to resist that...

I still eat out once a week at a good restaurant, but not fast food - it's just not good for you.

Before you think of getting some fast food think to yourself how bad it is for you. Its really greasy and oily and you would rather have something fresh and healthy. So much oil cant be good for you digestive system and fats food hasnt really got any nutritional benefits either. but if you really cant help having fast food go for a healthier sandich option or something that you can name the ingridients without much trouble and you could have fast food but not regularly. Plus fruit and veg and properly prepared food makes you feel so much better, so dont go for fast food its rubbish.

I can relate, but I think about my goal. Would I rather enjoy a burger for 10 minutes or a fit body

it is called self discipline, and if you cannot maintain discipline over yourself, well, then you need to hand the keys of your life to your parents again and let them watch over you like a child.
