Has anyone ever had problems with Tonethis.com?

I would like to know if anyone has had problems with this program before I download it. Any viruses or anything?

The site has been registered since 2003 and is registered in California. So I would tend to trust the site. At least you can sue if it really messes you up. I tend to avoid brand new sites that are registered someplace that I cant reach them with legal actions.
