how do i keep my dad's dog from barging into my room?

okay, my door closes but not tight, and the stupid dog just pushes it with her head and comes in whenever she pleases. it's SOOO annoying!!! i tell her NO and say GO AWAY!!! but she does it anyways. she mostly does it when she's scared to hide under my bed. ugh. i don't have a lock on my door, so yeah. :S ughhh.

id go outside get a cinder block if your not sure how to fix the door or dad says no locks, Paint the cinderblock to match your room, add some neat graphics and lay it flat against the door IF you have carpet she wont get that door open the the block looks cool, IF you have woodfloors, get suction cups attach them to a red brick with hot glue and put it against the door and push it to the floor, or just drag your dam dirty clothes hamper over to the door lol

Aw so cute! You just have to ask your dad to fix the door or train the dog to not enter your room until told.

You'll have to fix the door so it closes tight.

We just changed all of our door handles to french levers, and the dogs have already figured out how to work them, and they let themselves in. So I have to turn the deadbolt.

yea..u should train it .. once it goes inside your room, then i think u can take a long ruler or anything to slap its back and scold it 'out!!!' if it doesn't work, u keep on slapping its back and scold it 'out!!!!' again, until it goes out..but please dont slap it gently,cause dogs wont be scared for that..then after a few days.. it probably wont do that again.. XD
