I got offer a job at a company that is 2 Hours away from where I live. Here is the description of the company:
1. Pay advances daily!
2. Management opportunities for those who qualify!
3. Process most claims in 4 business days!
4. Top 100 companies to work for according to Fortune Magazine.
5. Flexible schedule with weekends off.
6. Vested lifetime renewals
7. Company paid stock.
It is a very well known company, but i dont want to give out the name. They didnt disclose the salary. I really want to go but I am not sure if its worth roundtrip of 5 hrs commute everyday? What should i do?

Are you working here? Just kidding. One thing I have found, after many years of doing claims, is that being a claims adjuster is a thankless job. I have also worked in a very large company like you are describing and one thing that I have found is that large companies create a corporate environment that has a lot of back stabbing you will have to contend with. I guess my advise would be to take the job and try it out for a little while, if you like it then move closer, if you don't like it then you really have only invested a couple of weeks of your time and gotten paid very well for it.

How can you even consider a job without knowing the salary? I would not commute 5 hours per day. Have you seen the price of gas? If the job has a good salary and is truly attractive, then you need to move closer to the job.
