So yeah, there's this girl in my class who seems to not understand english. I told her many times that I am not interested in her, yet she still bugs me with childish notes in class.
Also, some other girls like me but I do not like them. They always give me obvious signs and looks that they do, but I want to tell them I do not like them without huring them or never talking to me.

It can be harmless to let them like you. The fantasy boyfriend is the best boyfriend for a girl of any age! You don't have to do anything. If you have a girl you do like that can help the other girls back off some but they will still have their fantasies. I don't know how old you are but I have 3 points of view on this.
1. I was the girl that the boys liked, from five years old on up. When junior high started it was a huge cross to bare. I was untouchable but I was always kind to everyone. I respected their feelings. This is something like what a celebrity is responsible to do for their fans only more important because you live in the same realm. Humor is an excellent tool to deal with flirts. A charismatic person will always have admirers. If you deserve the admiration then you will always be gracious and charming. Be sure to smile that is enough. You don't have to say anything to the girls staring at you. If someone pays you a compliment say thank you, that is enough.
2. The girl who is writing notes might have social skills deficits. Ask the teacher to address the note writing issue. If she continues, tell her she is distracting you from getting educated and she is acting inappropriately and immature. Try to handle it as quietly as possible to prevent gossip. If she continues to bug you, tell her you have to ignore her now because she has not respected your feelings. Then sit as far away from her as possible and ignore her. She will learn from this. You don't have to be mean. If she really is lame socially, this will help her. Do you see that it is possibly not your problem but very likely hers?
3. I know full grown men who are very lonely because of their high expectations of females. I feel very sad for them.

Well the note passing girl = Dont take the notes!! Give them back right away and say youre not interested in what it says! She should get the hint after a few times of that!
As for the other girls... say you just dont think it would work with them and friends is what you want them as...

Dude, fist of all, nice work, second, I have kinda similar problem. There are these 3 girls they're really hot, but Barbies,no personality and there just looks, no fun. They anyway, took a liking to me (don't ask me, why, their vision mustn't me all that great, lol) but, I just made it clear that I liked this girl, with out the girl that I like finding out...luck or talent (luck probably) but yeah, or better yet get a girlfriend, women are very passive; they'll scare 'em off, lol

Just leave them alone! You do not say how old you are. Do not accept notes in class ( are you in high school?) Maybe someday you will be sorry, but you do not have to go around telling every girl that you do not like her! Some girls may take that to mean that you do like her! Some guys are like that too/.

Never smile at them
Never laugh at anything they say.
Ignore them.......ignore them like you've never ignored anyone before...girls (and I know because I am one) hate to be ignored.
They'll get bored and move on. There really is no way to get most people to leave you alone without hurting their feelings...sometimes, that is what it takes for me to get over a guy, unfortunately. Other times, people just get bored with a person and leave them alone eventually.
Sometimes you can hurt people's feelings without trying to.

Be honorest with the subject
You can say look i know that you like and i dont want to hurt you feelings but i am not ready to make that step yet and i want some space if i may and i will contact you when i am ready to do so.

Ignore the note passer, don't take the notes or pass them off to classmates. Public humiliation is harsh, but works. W/ the other girls, as long as they are not stalkers, let them flirt, fun and flattering.

Just explain to them individually that you're too focused on certain goals to be involved with anyone right now. And if that doesn't work...Tell 'em you're gay-_-..Then again that might even push them more to bother you...Just ignore them...Or let them think you already have a girlfriend outside of school.

so how old are you? have you even given these girls a chance. maybe you need to watch the movie mean girls. put yourself in their shoes how would you feel if someone treated you this way? seriously! It doesn't mean that you have to hang out with them but what is wrong with a siimple smile sounds like you are the one with issues, your popularity is def. not from your personality GROW UP
